This 7-day safari takes you across Tanzania’s most iconic parks: the elephant kingdom of Tarangire, the lush forests of Lake Manyara, the endless Serengeti plains, and the natural wonder of Ngorongoro Crater. With multiple days in Serengeti, you’ll maximize chances of seeing the Great Migration, predators in action, and the Big Five.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arusha → Tarangire National Park

• Pick-up from your Arusha hotel after breakfast. Drive (~2 hrs) to Tarangire.
• Full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park.
• What you might see:
• Huge herds of elephants (sometimes 200+ together).
• Ancient baobab trees and sweeping savannah.
• Predators like lions & leopards.
• Antelopes like fringe-eared oryx and gerenuk.
• 500+ bird species — ostrich, hornbills, lilac-breasted roller.
• Picnic lunch in the park.
• Overnight near Tarangire.

Day 2 - Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Serengeti

• Morning game drive in Tarangire.
• Midday transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for a short game drive.
• Afternoon continue toward Serengeti via Ngorongoro Highlands.

Day 3 - Full Day Serengeti National Park (Central)

• Early morning and afternoon game drives in the Central Serengeti (Seronera).

• Grazing herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, buffalo.

Day 4 - Serengeti (Western or Northern Sector)

• Morning game drive as you move to another Serengeti region (depending on season).

• Wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, warthogs.
